O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petitions, the petitioner has already appointed an Arbitrator in terms of the Arbitration Agreement between the parties. 2.

In view of the above, the Interim Order dated 12.07.2018, shall continue for a further period of three weeks from today, subject to any other or further order being passed by the Arbitrator in such arbitration proceedings. The respondent shall comply with the order dated 12.07.2018, by filing the affidavits before the Arbitrator. 3.

It is made clear that the Arbitrator shall be free to extend/modify/vacate the Interim Order on an appropriate application being filed by the parties.

The Arbitrator shall also remain uninfluenced by any observations

made by this Court in its order dated 12.07.2018. 5.

All the objections of the respondent shall remain open in such arbitration proceedings.

Petitions are disposed of in above terms.
