This Court, vide its Judgment dated 10.12.2024, while dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner herein, further directed that the amount deposited by the petitioner with the Registry of this Court be released to the respondents.

The Registry has now placed this petition before this Court seeking a clarification on the disbursement of the amount of interest that has been earned on the amount that was deposited by the petitioner.
3.
Once we have directed the principal amount to be released to the respondents, it was but obvious that the interest earned thereon should also be released to the respondents.
4.
The Registry shall do the needful.
