% 11.07.2016 Matter has been taken up today in view of notification no. 1078/G4/Genl./DHC dated 6th July, 2016 of this Court. A perusal of FIR shows that a quarrel took place between the complainant, petitioner and the co-accused on trivial matters wherein it is alleged that petitioner had caught hold of the complainant while co-accused Ram Sudhare and Mahesh gave 'fawda' blow to the complainant resulting the injuries to him. Injuries have been opined grievous. FIR has been registered under section 341/326/34 IPC. Co-accused Ram Sudhare is stated to have been released on regular bail. Accused is in custody for about last three months. Complainant was discharged from the hospital on the same day. Charge sheet has already been filed.

Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, the petitioner is granted regular bail upon his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with

one local surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
