% 12.07.2016 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner to go abroad for his treatment and also for the release of his passport. The admitted position is that as on today, the petitioner is not having any passport and there cannot be any question to grant permission to go abroad until the petitioner holds a valid passport. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the concerned authorities to release the passport first and subsequent to the order passed by the competent authority, to take its remedy under the law.

In view of the aforesaid stand taken by the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdraw with liberty as prayed for. P.S.TEJI, J JULY 12, 2016 pkb
