O R D E R

% 22.08.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the matter has been settled between the petitioner and the complainant before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre on 25th July, 2016 vide Settlement Agreement dated of the same date. It is further submitted that the First Motion has been filed before the Family Court and the next date is fixed for 7th September, 2016.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and the complainant, it is ordered that, in case of arrest, petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/-, with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer ('IO')/SHO of the concerned police

station. However, the petitioner shall co-operate in the investigation and appear before the IO, as and when he is called up to do so. The bail application is disposed of in the above terms. A.K. PATHAK, J AUGUST 22, 2016 tp
