% 13.06.2016 The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India against the order dated 16.05.2016 passed by the Public Grievances Commission.

During the course of arguments, it has been submitted that the Public Grievances Commission has passed the impugned order directing the MCD to demolish the unauthorized construction. Indisputably, the order dated 16.05.2016 passed by the Public Grievances Commission is advisory in nature and Public Grievances Commission is not the authority to pass any order of demolition. Consequently, while observing that the order under challenge is

advisory in nature, the present petition and applications, if any, are disposed of.
