% 28.08.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to file a SLP and maintain social ties as also challenges communication dated 21st May, 2018 rejecting his application seeking parole. On a notice being issued, a Status Report has been filed. As per the Status Report the family of the petitioner comprises of his wife and two sons, elder son Himanshu Mishra is married and living with his wife in Delhi whereas the younger son Sudhanshu Mishra is studying with his maternal uncle. The wife of the petitioner is residing at H.No.325, Village/Post Poora Inchha Mishra, PS Kumarganj, Distt. Faizabad, U.P. As per the Nominal Roll the petitioner was once granted interim bail during W.P.(CRL) 1983/2018

trial and once during the period when the appeal was pending before this Court. There is no allegation that that when the petitioner was released on interim bail he misused the said concession. Considering the facts verified, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety, preferably of his family member, of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM.

Petition is disposed of.

A copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Mandoli Jail.
