% 09.07.2018 The matter has been taken up on having been put up by the Registry in view of note dated 05.07.2018 and also in terms of proceedings dated 03.07.2018 of the Court of District & Sessions Judge (East), KKD Courts with proceedings dated 05.06.2018 of the Court of District & Sessions Judge (East) in RCT No.13/18 observing to the effect that the tenanted premises are situated within the jurisdiction of District Shahdra. In view thereof the proceedings of RCT No.13/18 of the Court of District & Sessions Judge, i.e., RCT (East) are transferred to the Court of the District & Sessions Judge, Shahdara i.e. RCT Shahdara for the date 01.08.2018 at 2:30 pm to proceed further in accordance with law.
