O R D E R

By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to re-establish social ties and file a Special Leave Petition and also challenges the communication dated 4th June, 2018 whereby informing the rejection of the application of the petitioner seeking parole on the ground aforementioned for the reason adverse police report pendency of criminal case against the petitioner as well as the petitioner being a habitual offender. 2.

A status report has been filed. As per the status report, though the address of the petitioner has been verified where his family is residing however petitioner is found to be involved in 28 cases including the present one where his conviction has been altered in one under Section 304 IPC and he has been awarded imprisonment for a period of 10 years. Considering the involvements of the petitioner and that till date he has been convicted in nine cases, this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner or set aside the order dated 4th June, 2018 passed by the competent authority.

The petitioner would be at liberty to file SLP before the Hon'ble Supreme Court availing the remedy in jail.

Petition is dismissed.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Mandoli Jail.
