% 09.07.2018 Issue notice. Mr. Jamal Akhtar accepts notice for the State. The petitioner seeks parole for two months for filing a SLP against his conviction and to arrange funds for the same as well as to enhance his social ties and make financial arrangement for his family. The petitioner has a right to file a SLP before the Supreme Court and to engage a counsel of his choice. Nominal Roll of the petitioner shows that he is in incarceration for four years six months and twelve days as on 22.06.2018. His conduct in hail for the last one year has been satisfactory. His address as F-7, W-49, Jhuggi no. 286, Sultanpuri, Delhi has been verified by the police as per the Status Report submitted today.

In view of the above, the Court finds no impediment in allowing the present petition. Consequently, the petitioner is enlarged on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent concerned subject to the following conditions:- (1) The petitioner shall report to the SHO, Police Station - Sultanpuri, Delhi, once a week on every Tuesday during the period of parole. (2) He shall furnish his telephone number to the SHO concerned, which the petitioner shall keep operational at all times (3) He shall not leave the territory of NCT of Delhi. (4) The petitioner shall surrender before the jail authorities at the expiry of the period of parole.

With the above directions the writ petition is disposed off. A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties.
