W.P.(C) 5715/2016 & CM No.23607/2016 Mr.Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing on advance notice on behalf of the ITBP, on instructions from Dr.Pankaj Kumar Jha, Senior Medical Officer, ITBP states that in view of the admitted medical condition of the petitioner, the petitioner shall not be directed to perform any hard duty at Kimin in Arunachal Pradesh. Directed accordingly.
In view of the above direction, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions from the latter seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
