% 15.06.2016 The present petition has been filed seeking extension of parole granted to the petitioner vide order 25.04.2016. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the concerned authority for extension of parole as the operation of the wife of the petitioner has been deferred till 29.06.2016.

In the given facts and circumstances, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

In the event of any application in the aforesaid terms being

moved by the petitioner, the respondent is directed to consider and decide the same within a period of one week from the date of receipt of the same.
