No.23513/2016 (Stay) The grouse of the petitioner is that he had moved an application under Order IX Rule 13 CPC which is pending before the learned Senior Civil Judge, Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi and there was strike on that day and the Court below adjourned the matter to 11.08.2016.

The present petition is disposed of with the direction that on the appearance of the petitioner or his counsel on 02.07.2016 before the

Court below, the Court will fix the matter within a period of one week from 02.07.2016.
