Appellant is plaintiff before the learned Trial Court and is aggrieved by order dated 17.01.2017 whereby the learned Trial Court declined to grant him permission to sue as indigent person. 2.

However, at the very outset, Sh. Ravi Dhanger, learned counsel for the appellant stated that the appellant is no longer interested in pursuing his present appeal and, therefore, it is stated that the present appeal may be disposed of as not pressed.
