% 07.05.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction for setting aside the Memorandum dated 13.04.2018, Corrigendum to Charge Memo dated 28.05.2018 and the subsequent proceedings issued by the respondents. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that the Memorandum dated 13.04.2018 has already been withdrawn, therefore, nothing remain in the present petition.

It is stated by the counsel for the petitioner that a fresh Charge Memorandum has been issued to the petitioner. Accordingly, I hereby dispose of the present petition giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the fresh Memorandum, if so advised, before the appropriate Forum.
