By this petition, petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to file Special Leave Petition, to arrange money for the same and re-establish social ties.

Nominal roll has been handed over by the learned Additional Standing Counsel for State which is taken on record. As per the nominal roll the petitioner has availed furlough for a period of three weeks w.e.f. 16th August, 2018 to 7th September, 2018. Thus in the period of furlough granted the petitioner could have filed the Special Leave Petition as also re-establish social ties.

Thus this Court finds no ground to interfere in the communication dated 13th June, 2018 of the Government of NCT of Delhi or pass an order W.P.(CRL) 2001/2018

in favour of the petitioner.

Petition is dismissed.

Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Rohini Jail.
