By this petition, petitioner seeks parole on the ground to maintain social ties and file Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and also challenges the order dated 9th May, 2018 whereby the application for grant of parole was rejected by the competent authority. 2.

A status report has been filed. As per the status report the family of the petitioner comprises of his parents, wife, two sisters-in-law, nephews and children who are residing at A-4, Chandar Vihar, Palam Extension Part1, Sector-7, Dwarka, New Delhi. 3.

As per the nominal roll, petitioner has been in custody now after dismissal of the appeal from 27th February, 2018. As one year has also not elapsed from the date of surrender to custody, no case for parole for reW.P.(CRL) 2114/2018

establishing social ties is made out. The petitioner has other family members who can file and pursue the Special Leave Petition. Thus this Court finds no ground to interfere in the communication dated 9th May, 2018 or pass order granting parole to the petitioner. 4.

Petition is dismissed.

Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
