O R D E R
% 20.06.2016 C.M.No.23547/2016 Allowed subject to all just exceptions.
The application stands disposed of.
W.P.(C) 5696/2016 The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 31st May, 2016 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) by which O.A. filed by the petitioner seeking quashing of order dated 28.01.2016 passed by respondent no. 2 transferring him to ITI Zafarput (ITU) was dismissed. After some hearing in the matter the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner would make a representation as directed by the CAT in paragraph 12 of its order.
He, however, seeks a direction to respondents to decide the representation within two weeks. Petitioner also
makes a grievance that his salary has not been released. Mr. Chibber submits that petitioner has not joined his duties since 2nd February, 2016. We make it clear that once the petitioner joins his place of posting, the salary would be released in accordance with law. The petition is disposed of as prayed by the petitioner in terms of the above.
