The present petition has been filed under Article 226 and Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking following reliefs:

a) Pass an order restraining the respondent to transfer the case FIR No.247/16 under Sections 354/354(B)/376/506 IPC and Section 6/8 POCSO Act, PS: Sarita Vihar and investigate the same expeditiously;

b) Quash/recall/dismiss administrative order, if any, that may have been passed by the respondent to transfer the case FIR No.247/16 under Sections 354/354(B)/376/506 IPC and Section 6/8 POCSO

Act.

c) Direct the concerned Special Court of Sh.Sunil Chaudhary, Ld.ASJ, SE Distt.Saket Courts to monitor the investigation of the case FIR No.247/16 under Sections 354/354(B)/376/506 IPC & Sections 6/8 POCSO Act PS - Sarita Vihar till the filing of the charge.

None of the reliefs prayed in the present petition can be granted by this court.
