Sudha has appeared in person along with her parents. Sanjeev, who is the petitioner, is also present in the Court. 2.

On our request, Ms. Pallavi S. Kansal, Advocate, representing Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee has interacted and spoken to Sudha and Sanjeev.

We have also spoken to Sudha and Sanjeev in the chamber. 4.

The matter was passed over to enable Sudha and Sanjeev to interact further and speak to each other.

Sudha has stated that at present she wants to reside with her

parents though she accepts and admits that she knows Sanjeev. She states that she would withdraw the complaint made by her, if Sanjeev withdraws the present writ petition. Sudha further states that she would like the matter to be resolved amicably.

Sanjeev, the petitioner present in person, states that in view of the statement made by Sudha, he would like to withdraw the present petition.

7.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
