% 29.11.2018 Learned Addl. PP has produced the status report and submitted that the FSL report has been received. Copy of the same has been placed on record. The same is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the FSL report does not support the case of the prosecution, in so far as the petitioner is concerned. He seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the trial court for grant of regular bail in view of the FSL report. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. It is clarified that this Court has neither considered not expressed any opinion on the merits of the application of the petitioner or the FSL report.
