W.P.(C) 3098/2017 & CM 13485/2017 The present petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "(a) Declare that order No.F.DE-15/ACT-1/WPC4109/Part/13/256-260 dated 26.12.2016 impugned herein and passed by the respondent no.2 is arbitrary and illegal and accordingly liable to be set aside.

(b) Consequently, direct respondents to allow petitioner's application dated 31.05.2016 regarding fee hike for the academic year 2016-17 (Annexure P/7);

(c) In the alternative, direct respondent no.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner school in a time bound manner, in accordance with law.;

(d) Pass any other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and p roper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

It is put to Mr.Rizwan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents as to whether the respondents shall be able to dispose of the representation of the petitioner school dated 30th January, 2017, in terms of prayer (c) above. His answer is in affirmative. Accordingly, the respondent no.2 shall decide the representation dated 30th January, 2017 and also treating the writ petition as an additional representation within four weeks from today.

If the petitioner is still aggrieved by the order to be passed by the respondent no.2, it would be at liberty to seek remedy as available in law by taking all pleas as available to the petitioner both on facts and in law. The petition is disposed of.

CM 13485/2017 Dismissed as infructuous.
