This is an appeal preferred against an interim order dated 12.5.2018 passed by the learned Arbitrator.

All that the learned Arbitrator has said is that the parties will maintain status quo with regard to the subject property referred to therein. 4.

Counsel for the parties inform me that the matter is listed for hearing before the learned Arbitrator on 14.7.2018.

In these circumstances, as prayed, the appellant is given liberty to move the learned Arbitrator for vacating or varying the impugned order. 6.

The appeal is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 7.
