% 19.09.2016 Learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that partial demolition after the last order has taken place. This is also admitted by private respondent (respondent no.3). Counsel for respondent no.1 submits that further demolition programme is fixed for 26.9.2016. All actions in accordance with law will be carried out by respondent no.1 with the assistance of respondent no.2. Demolition action will be taken to its ultimate goal in true letter and spirit. Petition disposed of.
