O R D E R

% 29.06.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in case FIR No. 190/2016 under Sections 376/506/34 IPC with the P.S. Jaitpur, Delhi. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation. He submits that the petitioner does not possess any photographs or the video and all the allegations levelled against him are false as the co-accused/Naresh has already married with the prosecutrix/victim and in these circumstances, the petitioner be released on anticipatory bail.

On the other hand, the learned APP for State vehemently opposes the bail application and submits that the photographs, video and mobile phones are yet to the recovered from the petitioner, however, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned APP for the State does not dispute the fact that the complainant/victim has married with the main co-accused/Naresh.

Keeping in view the submission that the petitioner does not possess the photographs, mobile phone and the video, which are of no use to him, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation and in the event of his arrest by the Police, P.S. Jaitpur, Delhi, he be released on anticipatory bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the IO/SHO concerned with condition that he shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall not leave Delhi without permission of the court concern below. The application stands disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
