% 19.12.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to file a special leave petition and maintain social ties. Further status report has been filed verifying the address of the petition being G-55. Harkesh Nagar, Okhla Phase-2, New Delhi where the father of the petitioner was found residing.
As per the nominal roll the petitioner has undergone nearly seven years of imprisonment out of the ten years imprisonment awarded. Considering the facts verified this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner.
It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal
W.P.(CRL) 2019/2018 bond in the sum of ₹25,000 with one surety bond of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM concerned/Duty Magistrate.
Petition is disposed of.
Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
