% 27.07.2018 Petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to look after his father who is ailing. A Status Report has been filed. As per the Status Report the petitioner's family comprising of his parents and younger sister was found residing at A-24, Gali No.1, Taj Enclave, Qutub Vihar, Ph-II, Goyla Dairy, New Delhi. The documents of Medanta hospital relating to the father's admission on 31st January, 2018 and discharge on 7th February, 2018 have also been verified.
A perusal of the Nominal Roll reveals that after the father of the petitioner was admitted in the hospital, he was granted parole by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi w.e.f. 15th March, 2018 followed by furlough by this Court on 1st May, 2018 for a period of three weeks. W.P.(CRL) 2002/2018
Considering the fact that the petitioner has already availed a parole and a furlough this year, this Court does not find any ground to grant parole to the petitioner.
Petition is dismissed.
