By this petition, petitioner seeks interim bail on the ground that his wife is suffering from depression and he needs to look after her. 2.
Along with the petition, no medical documents of the wife are placed. 3.
Be that as it may, this Court issued notice to the State to verify the facts and file status report. No medical documents were produced by the wife of the petitioner. Further the wife of the petitioner is mostly residing at the paternal home with her brothers and the matrimonial family is also a joint family, where she occasionally visits.
4.
Considering the fact that there is no medical document to support the claim of the petitioner that his wife is suffering from depression and that there are other people to look after her, this Court finds no ground to grant interim bail to the petitioner.
