In view of the notification No.1078/G-4/Genl./DHC dated 6th July, 2016 the matters listed for 8th July, 2016 have been taken up today. 2.

By this petition, the petitioner seeks regular bail in case FIR No.120/2016 under Section 307/34 IPC registered at PS Prasad Nagar, New Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge-sheet has already been filed. The petitioner is no more required for investigation and moreover no sharp injury is attributed to the petitioner. 4.

Learned APP for the State has taken me through the status report as per which the FIR was lodged on the complaint of Naveen Girdhar. It is alleged that the father of the petitioner had taken some security money and when Naveen Girdhar sought return of the money, the same was not returned. On 10th February, 2016 at about 9.15 PM when Naveen Girdhar BAIL APPLN. 1302/2016

again sought return of the money, Leela Ram, father of the petitioner abused him and later on the same day along with his brother Ramesh Kumar, petitioner, Gulshan, Rahul and others entered the office of the complainant. Leela Ram and Gulshan were armed with sharp iron weapons whereas rest were holding lathis and dandas. They all inflicted injuries on Kapil Girdhar and Naveen Girdhar.

The role attributed to the petitioner is of holding lathis and dandas. The main accused Leela Ram has already been granted regular bail. Charge sheet has already been filed. The petitioner is no more required for investigation. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail. He be released on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the Trial Court concerned.
