1. This is a petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 filed way back in June 2016 and till date the Petitioner has not bothered to invoke the arbitration clause.

2. In these circumstances, this Court does not consider it necessary to entertain this petition.

3. The petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to seek appropriate reliefs before the Arbitral Tribunal as and when constituted.

4. The application is also disposed of.
