% 25.09.2018 Mr. Rahul Mehra, the learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that the plantation has been done by the petitioners. He submits that in some areas of the city land is not readily available for afforestation schemes. He states that he will obtain instructions apropos areas where tree plantation could be carried out, either on GNCTD lands or on lands of other land holding agencies. He seeks and is granted three weeks' time to place an affidavit on record.
