Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that suit property is situated at Budh Vihar which falls under the jurisdiction of District North-West, Delhi hence seeks transfer of present case to District North-West, Delhi. In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (North-West), Rohini, Delhi. At this stage, ld. counsel for parties submit that parties have settled the dispute hence request for a short date.

Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (North-West), Rohini, Delhi on 18.04.2016.
