The grievance of the petitioner is that though the charge sheet was filed on 5th September, 2014 and cognizance was taken, till date no order on charge has been passed by the learned Trial Court.

The learned Trial Court is directed to send a report to this Court before the next date of hearing explaining the reasons for delay in conducting the trial. List on 8th September, 2016.
