1. It is submitted that the present Probate Petition has already been disposed of by the Hon‟ble Court vide order dated 14/03/2024.
2. File is taken up on listing of the captioned IA.
3. Learned counsel for respondent no.1 accepts notice of the captioned IA and submits that he has no objection, if the application is allowed.
4. Heard. Record perused.
5. By way of captioned IA, the petitioners are seeking return of original Death Certificate of Smt. Pushpa Devi The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Ahuja for the purpose of mutation and for getting the conversion of the property No.59, Gagan Vihar, Delhi. The said document has been filed by the petitioners in the present case.
6. In view of the averments made in the captioned IA, the application is allowed.
7. AR(O) is directed to return the original death certificate of Smt. Pushpa Devi Ahuja to the petitioners through counsel subject to filing of certified copy of the same.
8. Before releasing the certified copy of the death certificate of Smt. Pushpa Devi Ahuja to the petitioners through counsel, AR (O) must ensure that certified copy of the same is on record.
9. IA stands disposed of.
