W.P.(C) 5731/2016 & CM No.23648/2016 (Stay) Respondent no.5 is running a liquor vend from the Shop No.1-UA, Ground Floor, Jawahar Nagar, New Delhi.

Petitioner is not running any liquor vend. Petitioner is landlord of respondent no.5. Vide order dated 1st January, 2015, respondent no.3 has directed the respondent no.5 to shift the liquor vend from Shop No.1-UA, Ground Floor, Jawahar Nagar, New Delhi to some other suitable location. Meaning thereby it is the respondent no.5

who would be aggrieved by the said order.

Petitioner's business is not affected in any manner whatsoever by the said order. Petitioner has no locus to challenge the said order of shifting the liquor shop.
