% 02.08.2018 This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to the Arbitral Tribunal to make the Arbitral Award till 06.01.2019. Learned counsel submits that on expiry of period of one year, six months extension was agreed to between the parties. Accordingly, the time was extended up to 07.07.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks extension of time for conclusion of arbitration proceedings.

Mr. Anil Kathuria, who, appears for the respondent, says that he has no objection to the prayer made.
