% 27.03.2017 After some hearing, Mr.Uppal, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that at present, since no action is being contemplated pursuant to the letter dated 14.06.2016 by the respondents, he has instructions not to press the present contempt petition. However, the petitioner seeks liberty to approach this Court again in case any attempt is made by the respondents to remove him. The contempt petition is accordingly disposed of.
