% 27.07.2016 The petitioner in writ petition has challenged the act of sealing of 4th Floor of the property bearing No.190-A, Shiva Market, Pitam Pura, Delhi situated in Lal Dora Khasra No.411, Village Pitam Pura, Delhi carried out by the respondent no.1.

Learned counsel for respondent no.1 on advance notice has put in appearance. His submission is that this order which has been passed by the competent Body on 16.6.2016 has been the subject matter of challenge before the ATMCD in Appeal Nos.421-22/2016 and the next date fixed before the ATMCD is 27.9.2016. The petitioner already having sought his grievance before the

proper Forum this petition is not maintainable. This petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
