The application stands disposed of.

BAIL APPLN. 1316/2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been charged for the offence under Sections 354/354B/323/506/34 IPC and an FIR No. 383/2016 was registered with PS Shalimar Bagh. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner is ready to join the investigation as and when required; nothing is required to be recovered from his possession. He also states that petitioner shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and prays that he be granted anticipatory bail.

On the other hand, learned APP has opposed the bail application.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation and in the event of his arrest he be released on bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned IO/SHO. The bail application is disposed of.
