% 18.07.2016 Petitioner filed a petition under Section 12 of The Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 before the Metropolitan Magistrate, Delhi, which is still pending. Interim maintenance of `10,000/- has been awarded by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate on 11th May, 2009 in the said proceedings. Remedy of execution is available to the petitioner, which in fact has even been availed. Execution petition is pending before the Metropolitan Magistrate.

By this writ petition, petitioner, in effect, seeks to execute the interim order passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate. Since alternative remedy is available to the petitioner and in fact the same has been availed by filing an

execution petition.

Accordingly, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Writ petition is dismissed.
