% 13.02.2017 The learned counsel for the New Delhi Municipal Council, on instructions, states that it has been decided to review the case of the petitioner along with the respondent No. 2 based on the existing documents. He further states that a fresh Committee would be appointed to examine the relative merits of the two parties and the Committee will also include a sportsperson. He further submits that this exercise would be completed within four weeks. Both the petitioner and the respondent No. 2 are satisfied with this statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent No.1.

Consequently, the offer letter given to the respondent No. 2 in respect of cricket is to be held back and the offer letter would be given to the successful party after review by the new Committee which has to examine the entire issue.
