Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he shall approach the concerned Sessions Court against the impugned order dated 25.4.2018 as well as the order dated 21.2.2018 within seven days. However, he prays that the time consumed while pursuing remedy herein before the High Court, may be condoned by the Sessions Court. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submitted that he will move an application to this effect before the Sessions Court along with the petition.

It is also prayed by the learned counsel for the petitioners that meanwhile, proceedings before the Trial Court may be stayed. However, after some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he shall move an appropriate

application before the Sessions Court for stay of the proceedings of the Trial Court.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending application is also dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

The concerned Sessions Court shall dispose of the application for condonation of delay, if any filed, in accordance with law, taking into consideration the pendency of proceedings before this Court and also dispose of the application for the stay of the proceedings of the Trial Court, as per law. 5.

The Sessions Court is also directed to decide the revision petition filed by the petitioner, if any, preferably within two months from the date of its filing.
