% 11.08.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already joined investigation. This is confirmed by the learned APP. Considering the fact that the incident appears to have erupted suddenly, wherein the injured was allegedly hit by the petitioner with a brick, there is no recovery to be made from the petitioner. In these circumstances, the bail application is allowed. In case of his arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing of personal bond with one surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. This is further subject to the condition that he shall not seek to influence any of the witnesses or get in touch with the complainant. The bail application stands disposed of.
