O R D E R

% 13.07.2016 Learned counsel for the respondent submits that certain allegations made by the petitioner are unsubstantiated and are denied. Without prejudice to the same, he submits that the application of the petitioner for grant of licence of pre-shipment inspection agency is under consideration and the documents submitted by the petitioner are being verified. He submits that the application has been placed for further consideration by the Inter Ministerial Committee, which is scheduled to meet in the end of July.

He submits that, in all probability, the application would be considered and disposed of in the said meeting, in accordance with law.

In view of the above statement, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition at this stage and craves leave to withdraw the same and approach this Court, if the need so WP (C) 5743/2016

arises.

In view of the above, the statement of the learned counsel for the respondent is taken on record and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving the liberty of the petitioner as aforesaid. SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J JULY 13, 2016 st WP (C) 5743/2016
