At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would not press his writ petition in view of his submission that
representation which he has filed before the respondent no. 1 be decided in a time bound manner, date of which is 21.05.2016. The learned counsel for respondent no.1 undertakes and ensures that representation dated 21.05.2016 shall be disposed of within a time bound manner and preferably within an outer limit of four weeks and the action which will be proposed shall be taken thereafter and the same shall be intimated to the petitioner.
No further orders are called for in this petition. The next date 04.08.2016 stands cancelled.
