O R D E R

% 01.08.2017 The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions from the latter, states that the minor children of the petitioner, namely, Mamrit and Namit, who are 9 years and 4 years old, respectively, are now in her custody.

Mr. Sanjay Lao, the learned Additional Standing Counsel (Criminal), states that it was the Delhi Police who facilitated the recovery of the above mentioned minor children from the respondent No.5; and restored them to their mother and legal guardian.

In view of the foregoing, the petitioner states that the relief prayed for in the present petition stands satisfied and that she does not wish to press this petition any further.

Since no further directions are called for in the present petition, the petition alongwith the pending applicationsstand disposed off. SIDDHARTH MRIDUL, J.
