% 08.07.2017 After certain negotiations both the parties have agreed to settle the dispute for a sum of Rs.1,40,000/- over and above the award payable by the insurance company to the claimant, in the appeal for enhancement preferred by the appellant, towards full and final settlement of the present claim. A banker's cheque No.518583 dated 07.07.2017 for Rs.1,40,000/- is handed over to the appellant. In view of above nothing more remains to be done in this appeal, hence the appeal stands disposed of.
