% 09.09.2016 The petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR bearing No. 1094/2015 registered under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC at police station Prashant Vihar, Delhi, and the proceedings arising therefrom. The parties have reconciled their differences. The complainant is now residing with petitioner No. 1-her husband. She is present in Court. She is identified by SI Sandeep Tushir, PS Prashant Vihar. Respondent No.2 states that she is happily residing with her husband now and, therefore, she joins

the prayer for quashing the FIR in question and the proceedings emanating therefrom.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the FIR in question and the proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

The petition stands disposed of.
