% 29.06.2016 Crl.M.A.No.10070/2016 (Exemption) Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.
The application stands disposed of.
W.P.(CRL) 1924/2016 Heard. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted the mercy plea saying that the petitioner's daughter had given birth to a dead child and she requires moral support and seeks parole for a further period of ten days from 30.06.2016.
Learned APP, however, opposes the same.
In view of the facts and circumstances, since the daughter of the petitioner is not well physically or mentally, the petition is allowed and petitioner is granted further ten days parole on the same terms and
conditions as mentioned earlier.
The petitioner is directed to surrender by 10.07.2016 before the Jail Superintendent.
The petition is disposed of accordingly in the above terms. Copy of the order be given dasti.
