1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that in the event an Arbitrator is not yet appointed by the Respondent, the Petitioner will file a petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 within four weeks seeking the appointment of an Arbitrator.

2. Considering that no interim order has been passed thus far, the Court is not inclined to pass one at this stage.

3. It will be open to the parties to seek appropriate relief in accordance with law before the learned Arbitrator as and when appointed.
